I’m considering a Flower Subscription. What can I expect?
Your flowers will arrive in a container suitable for immediate display. Top up the water level with room temperature water and enjoy.
When your next arrangement arrives, I will pick up the old arrangement. No need to toss the tired florals into the garbage or clean the container. Leave the mess to me, I will compost the tired florals and clean the container for reuse.
Will the flowers look the same each delivery?
Every arrangement is different, different flowers and a different container. We strive to create floral arrangements that contain seasonal blooms. Different colours and different types of flowers will be used throughout your subscription.
How long will the flowers last?
On average you can expect your flowers to last 5-10 days. I’ll share some tips and techniques when we make contact.
What type of arrangement will I receive?
A designer’s choice arrangement will be delivered. With the arrangement being the value of your chosen subscription rate. Let me know if you have a special request.
May I choose the weeks / months that I would like the florals delivered?
Absolutely, let’s talk.
When will the flowers be delivered?
Right now florals are generally delivered Monday mornings. Give me a call to make a special request.
May I change the delivery address?
Of course! Please give me a call to make the change. A change may be made as often as you like within the designated locations. Just let me know the day prior to delivery.
What if I am going on holiday?
Should you need to change your delivery for any reason, just give me a call. We can change or postpone the delivery date depending on what works best for you. Please provide us at least 48 hours notice to change or postpone the date.
May I buy this as a gift?
For sure. A floral subscription is a wonderful gift idea and helps keep communications open. With a free greeting card and your personal text to the recipient.
In addition, we will send you a picture of the arrangement by email after delivery.
Am I able to cancel my subscription?
Yes, just give me 48 hrs notice before your next delivery, not a problem.
Will these flowers affect my cat?
There are some flowers that are toxic to pets, let me know about the members of your family and I will ensure you receive a safe product.
I have environmental concerns
Me too. Rest assured, Flowers by Moira uses absolutely no plastics. All waste is composted and containers cleaned and reused. Florals are transported in a fabric reusable container; no single use plastic bags ever.
How do I pay my invoice?
I accept etransfer, cheque or cash. Would you like an electronic receipt?
